I watched a gamespot stream after the Xbox One announcement. The hipster looking guy said something along the lines that if the 8 core processor runs at 1.6 GHz that will be on par with the 3.2 GHz Xbox 360, since 3.2 divided by 2 cores is 1.6... (even with the 360 has 3 cores)... But yeah, when I heard that, I lost even more respect for hipsters and for gamespot.

I don't even bother getting all worked up about console shit anymore. The whole hype-wagon and a lot of the stuff that comes along with it gets old after dealing with the previous "releases." All i have to say is I'm going to wait till they're released and pick what I want, I just hope both companies really pick it up and do well. Should be a interesting year..

Seeing the result, it's obvious that the Xbox One isn't very popular with gamers.

Playstation has said that the new console will play used games, but they didn't say whether or not you need to pay a fee. So what are you going to do if Playstation releases the same information? You know part of what Xboxs stance on used games is, so you can say that the xbox is making a stupid move in that sector. Hell, The PS4 came out and told us with CPU it was using. I'm not one to jump on the "Halo Hate" bandwagon; but I legitimately have lost all interest in the series after the story became so convoluted and the popularity forced by awful marketing schemes. I just for once would like a AAA console title to be innovative and different. The equation definitely needs to be updated because currently we're getting the same rehashed shite.

Those two things alone make PS4 leagues better than the xbox one. Yes. That's information in it's current state. I'm saying in it's current state xbox one is a pile of shit because of unknown always online or not and used game fees. I don't see why we shouldn't go off of what employees at microsoft tell us directly. (you also seem dead set on defending this nextbox as well, which def comes off as fanboyish just FYI)
