Anyone named Mick is pretty much destined to be a rocker.

I like how they covered a song from Quake 2 since Sonic Mayhem was there.

The synth was pretty iffy but it's awesome that they got them to do this. Every musical intermission on these shows should have video game composers. Or at least play video game music. Imagine if they got composers like marty o'donnell or michael mccann on stage.

It's part of the synth track of the song.
Sent Mick an email when I finished Doom. Surprisingly enough he responded.

There's always the GOG version, which includes it. There is a way to do that on Steam version without using patches, but requires using one third party program to do that.
Oh man, they all looked like they were having the best fucking time. This makes me happy.
It's pretty funny seeing people in suits and shit dance around up the front as well, wouldn't have expected to see that at a game awards show.

I love the new DOOM OST, but if you were wondering how the original might sound with a modern remaster, check this out.

First game I ever played as a 5yo in 1995 - even launched it through DOS myself after dad taught me. Remember having to wiggle the joystick whilst it loaded.
This riff is almost permanently ingrained in my mind.

Really? oh shit gotta find that
glad they did BFG Division, though the drums sounded a little weak. They should've used like an electric drum kit with the tones used in the original song.
I think its more so who ever was mixing it live did a AWFUL job at it (Imo) , whats kinda sad is it honestly sounds like Mick was almost brick walled and all we hear is the bleed from the mics on the drums, at an extremely heavy part of the song.
Love Mick and the performance (sans the odd samples that guy was using), it was just the mixing was bad through out the night
