My animations are always weird. - General

So last year I was majoring in animation and pretty much did some weird things. This isn't fucked up or anything, I can totally get a good sleep tonight, yeah.

About the mummy one: the assignment was to construct your own puppet for stop motion using stuff like, a metalic wire skeleton, clay/cotton over ontop etcc.. Anyways I was really lazy and waited till the last day to do mine, I ended up borrowing a friends puppet, wrapped him in toilet paper, and that's how mummy was formed. I ended up going to class with 0% of the animation done, and told my teacher that I had to fix up a few things, I'll be right back, I went out to the animation labs, animated what I could for 2 hrs and came back and handed what I had in. The original plan was to have him come out of the coffin and catch flame later then turn to dust, but I couldn't get him to climb out of the coffin (his legs were too short and couldn't climb over the edge) :< Moral of this is that the puppet under the toilet paper is a clay Muhammad Ali model :v:

I only really liked the first one. The second two were too weird for me but still done pretty well artistically. Though the ending to the second one made me lol. :v:

My thinking is: Why learn a story telling medium if these are your stories.
