listing / mapping all the resouces (technical, business, etc..) at one place

Hi Geeks/gurus/new bies:

I need help. I have been thinking of listing all the resources i know of at one place and share with my friends and community. So they can add more into it to make a useful database of resource. But before i start something, i want opinion of you guys..

Do you guys know of a good place (website portal/blog/..) which is similar to what i am thinking of?
