Miki Nozawa, a 57-year-old Japanese chef working in Germany, died on Monday as a result of injuries he purportedly sustained from two disgruntled diners he served at a restaurant on the North Sea island of Sylt, according to the Australian Associated Press. The chef was allegedly attacked by two men who claimed they "didn't like" the meals he served, the report notes. A dish of fried noodles with beef and vegetables was a point of contention.

I just don't get people.
The AAP reports that the two were arrested but then later released due to lack of evidence. They are, however, still being questioned by police.
Oh well that's fucking splendid.

They were drunk out of their mind, apparently.

Not a valid excuse, but a valid factor.

Well, it's Germany. They're like the Klingons of Europe.
Id like to see that person go to Amy's Baking Company.
as if that's a valid excuse?
No one said it was a valid excuse, just that it may have been another factor in why they murdered a man over not wanting to pay for food.
NEIN VE MUST HAVE ZHE FOOD COOKED EXACTLY RIGHT
Id like to see that person go to Amy's Baking Company.
I don't know, if they're fucked up enough to beat someone to death over something like this, then they may be fucked up enough to actually like Amy's food.
If I remember correctly being drunk doesn't excuse the act* in any way but affects the motive.
Edited because I can't spell
Not too long ago, this March, the owner of a Kebab booth in my city was murdered because someone didn't like their Kebab, pretty fucked up "people". :/
Did Josif Stalin rise from the dead?

In germany, yes.
Edit:
No, seriously. If you're drunk, it counts as mental incapacity and that leads into milder punishment.
Maybe if he made it taste better he wouldn't have been killed
Huh, I did nazi that coming.

Oh god those puns, it's worse than usual if that was ever possible.
He probably would have commited sudoku for bringing shame to him with the bad meal anyways.

So does this means all German Americans are Klingons as well?
There's a WWII pun to be had here....
as if that's a valid excuse?
that doesn't excuse them, but it makes more sense that's all roflburger was saying, why would someone justify murder with, "they were drunk".
