• Need some help with these supplements

I'm considering going to this new gym and starting again. I went to the gym a year ago for some weeks and i really liked it. I did stop going fast as i always had to go there with my bicycle which made me stop going during the winter. I've now got a licence allowing me to drive there. I've never really had any mass, although my strength seems to be a fair bit above average when i'm comparing to my friends + people who do work out intensively in the gym. My stats: -Age: 17 -Weight: 54kg -Length: 162cm I've dug through my stuff and found some supplements i got when i still wen't to the gym. I got them for free via a factory that makes these, but i don't really know which one did what. First off: [img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0026.JPG[/img_thumb][img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0033.JPG[/img_thumb][img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0034.JPG[/img_thumb] Second: [img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0027.JPG[/img_thumb][img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0036.JPG[/img_thumb] Third: [img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0028.JPG[/img_thumb][img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0037.JPG[/img_thumb] Fourth: [img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0030.JPG[/img_thumb][img_thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/64443729/Foto's/gym/HPIM0038.JPG[/img_thumb] Is any of this worth taking and if so when should i take what?
i honestly am not sure what those supplements even are, i'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to supps. Maybe im just being an idiot or its because its in another language, one of them seems like a metabolism booster which is not what you want when you're wanting to put mass on. we need our resident frenchie in here (blah2)
I can read what's on there, but that doesn't help me understand if i should use it and what not. This is what i can make from it: 1. Nutritional powder (gives all the vitamins and other stuff i need?) 2. Powder which should stimulate muscle growth 3. Same as the first one 4. Same as the first one

From what I can read, these are pretty much ALL multi vitamins and absolutely filled one at that, you're getting a metric fuckton of everything which at this point seems even too much, depending on what your goals are, I'd say don't use these supplements or if you really need ALL that shit, only take one.
My current priority is mass. I couldn't care less if i don't need them, but i got these laying around here so i might as well take them [U]if they are useful[/U].

Quite honestly they seem unnecessary to me. For mass, all you'll honestly want to do is eat more, try to aim for at least a pound a week, adjust your caloric intake in consequence, make sure to get roughly 1g protein per pounds of body weight, get protein powder if you really need and try to keep the reps to around 8, go through the entire range of motion at a slow pace to have that there time under tension to grow big.
vitamins are good tho u need that shit nigga just take as much as it says on the directions and when u done with one container move on to da next one DAS WHAT I WOULD DO
idk I only take vitamin C, D and fish oils and I'm sexier than bill nye dough
They all look like multivitamins to me. One has Creatine. Two of them have pro-biotics or something similar in them. The first one has a shitty amount of protein per serving. The second is better. I wouldn't take all four. The second tub, the blue one, that has a good portion of protein per serving, and a decent amount of vitamins. I have absolutely no idea what some of the other supplements listed are. Personally, I would just invest in some fresh product. I take Whey Protein (powder protein, nothing else added) a multi-vitamin pill, Vitamin D and Fish Oil pills (on top of the multi), and Creatine. I don't know what the expiration date is on these, but they're powders and have been sitting for a year. If you want to save the cash, the blue "SportsTech" tub is a good choice to start.
Thanks. I'll probably look for something new. My old gym had some supplements available there (to take or buy), so i'm guessing this one will to. What stuff (vitamins etc) should i specifically look for + which amounts of it?
