Axel Braun Productions, which has already ventured into geek porn with Batman: XXX, will be the guilty party to blame for this. Vivid's founder Steven Hirsch spoke about Braun's first casting decision: "Axel was totally determined to get Lex for the Vader role; he never even considered anyone else. We're all happy that he was available and excited about playing this iconic character."
Naturally, the producers have opted to go 3D on this one. We're not sure how the film will get around copyright law, but we feel for the Lucasfilm employee who had to bring this up to George Lucas.
