Looks like it's in pretty good shape, but I couldn't find a spot on the webpage for any other information. You'd have to find out if it's been in an accident, had any parts replaced, etc. Overall, it looks like it's worth $3,500, but my rule of thumb is to always offer less than what they're asking. Offer like $3000-$3200, and then move from there.

Looks like it is just coated in plasticine, you can almost see it dripping off the tires. They used to do that in used car dealerships all the time to make cars looks brand new, but the undercarriage will show that it is not. I'd say this car has been spruced up to look attractive, but is probably junk. We had a 2002 Explorer with the Eddie Bauer package. What a piece of trash. The seats ripped way easy too. Then the brakes went completly out and then we got rid of it.
they did a really nice job (Well they probably dropped it off at a car wash) for that car which makes it look it's priced really low for what it looks like.
30-40 bucks at a car wash generally makes your car look like that, IT cost me around 22 to make any car look like that even if it runs shitty. The only way i'd take that if i test drove it first to make sure theres no issue and no major accidents.
