NEW YORK (Reuters) - A former U.S. Justice Department official has become the latest lawyer to join special counsel Robert Mueller's team investigating Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election, a spokesman for the team confirmed.
Greg Andres started on Tuesday, becoming the 16th lawyer on the team, said Josh Stueve, a spokesman for the special counsel.
Most recently a white-collar criminal defense lawyer with New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, Andres, 50, served at the Justice Department from 2010 to 2012. He was deputy assistant attorney general in the criminal division, where he oversaw the fraud unit and managed the program that targeted illegal foreign bribery.
"It's an indication that the investigation is going to extend well into 2018," said Ray. "Whether it extends beyond 2018 is an open question."

Rumors are starting to pop up Mueller has made a deal with someone to have investigation continue even If he's "fired", One deals with congress just reappointing him to a special Consul, or have someone else get handed what Mueller's got right now to continue.

Loyally honesty about lies.
But yeah, of course it'll run into 2018. Did anyone expect this to be done by November? Shit like this takes forever to even build a case, and then it has to actually start after that. I would not be surprised if we're talking mid-2019, maybe early 20 before this gets Trump tossed off, if it happens at all.

This isn't some nobody either, this guy was a US Congressman.

But what I don't get is that not once has Trump admitted to lying. He's just so dumb that he can't hide it, and still vehemently denies lying.
Are Trump's remaining supporters clinically retarded?
It's kind of funny to see Trump appealing to Christians. Doesn't the Bible say something about idolatry? Some of Trump's fanboys may need to re-read that bit.
