i've heard something similar to this before, not only does the victim have to get stitches on their asses but they can't sit or lay on their back for at least a week, it's fucked up.

Maybe this guy was stricken with some sort of ass injury and he was so distraught and perhaps ridiculed that his love of his own ass was his downfall: he snapped, and vowed revenge on a world that did not understand him or his pained ass.

I know it happens a lot with roadmen in London and Manchester when they're trying to send a message. Stabbing someone in the bum is way less likely to kill them than most other places, and it's something you really can't ignore because it fucks you up from sitting down properly. So if you want to do a lot of damage with a lower risk of fatality it makes sense I guess

man, hentai sure went down in quality as of late.
I heard Bill Burr talk about this in a podcast actually, apparently early 20th century thugs in Manchester England got a reputation for slashing people across the ass, which wasn't a fatal wound, but most victims would have to wait up to several weeks to get stitched up, which meant for a few weeks they'd be unable to sit down (or god forbid, take a shit) without suffering immense buttpain.
