It's not for everyone, definitely not a bad song, but not his best.
Pharrell really can't sing. He's a great producer though.
I still can't get over the fact that he's 41.
So far i am liking (nearly) all of his song, this one including. If you don't expect a lot of this guy then this song is very decent.
It's definitely not terrible, even if it isn't your taste of music. People gotta stop always speaking in vague extremes.

His voice sounds damn-near robotic to me at times, and when it isn't that he has no breath support.
But as Tom Petty and Mick Jagger have shown us, you don't really have to be a good singer to be a good artist. I think passion counts for a lot of it. Sometimes Pharrell's got it, and sometimes I just don't feel that vibe from his music.
