Weird text messages...linked to recent voice messages? - General

Okay, so for a long time now, I've been receiving constant text messages on my phone from "1000000000", with the text being an unknown number that I obviously won't give out. I tried to do a background check on both numbers, and to my belief, I found nothing relative. Now today, I've JUST been receiving voice messages from a guy (whose name is John) and how it links to the voice messages. It looks like a schizo road construction worker calls his boss, but he occasionally gets the number wrong, doesn't realize it, and just leaves a message for his boss on your phone. I could be wrong.
