If you don't know what ACUSA is, go google Air Combat USA. This is the first flight from the three that day, will upload the other two when Im done editing them. In this flight we practiced some dogfight maneuvers. Still kick ass. Some unexpected things happened.

Man, that looks excellent. Seems like you had a lot of fun!
Damn, that looks like a hell of a lot of fun.
I wonder if there are groups that do this with Simunition. Now wouldn't that be a blast?

Ah no, the risk of actually causing injury to the airplane or prop is too severe.
Lasers as we used them is good enough with smoke popped upon impact.
As you saw in the video, there were enough incidences that happened as is. Tapes broken for my buddy's flight, idiot taking the runway upon the two of us coming in for landing, and a damn near bird strike in my friends prop upon landing (within 12 feet).
If that's not bad enough, there is also the canopy failure in the next video. Also during our run up area, where you stop the plane short of runway, and rev the engine to military power and check the gauges, a rock hit the blades bending it a bit. Had to hand push them back in ahahaha.
My god, and this happens on a daily basis.
Still though, it was awesome to be able to hit 6Gs
What kind of plane is that, T-37? I'd love to fly something that can handle that much stress (6Gs!!!). All I've had time in were little baby Cessnas haha.
