I hope she gets whatever the maximum sentence is for trashing his place, goldfish genocide included. I hate seeing people who hold slashing an ex's clothes or damaging their cars as something of esteem or pride.

It is technically animal abuse, but charging someone years of jail purely for killing a goldfish would probably be a massive overpunishment. I dropped my goldfish into a cup of coffee when I was 4.
Course this chick was damaging someone elses property and generally being a massive cunt, so the felony is probably deserved.
I have kind of a hard time imagining anyone arresting or prosecuting her for [I]goldfish murder[/I] if she didn't look like...well, that.
Not saying it wasn't a shitty thing to do, but you'd think goldfish would be below the "not worth fucking with" cutoff as far as a prosecutor was concerned.
