Need some help. It was a public holiday in Britain today, and I fucked up my sleep cycle by falling asleep at around (UK time) 10 AM and waking up at 7pm. I have early classes tommorow and I need some way to fall asleep by 1 Am by the latest, and to stay asleep. But I'm not tired at all.
Ah.... Your avatar says it all...
Drink lots of coffee and energy drink. Lots.
stay up through the night, classes and the day then go to bed normally even if you feel like you'll die from sleep deprivation don't lie down anywhere
Pills.

I had something similar recently; staying up all night to reset your body clock is probably your best bet. I'd advise doing this on a day when you don't have classes, as it's highly likely that you'll be completely zoned out for the rest of the day, thus making going to classes somewhat redundant. At the same time, taking a short (read: couple of hours) nap in the morning won't disrupt the reset much; if you really can't wait until the weekend to do it, stay up, get tired, sleep for two hours, go to class, then go to bed at the desired time.
Don't go to bed until night, you're going to need to stay up all night and day so you can fall asleep at the right time and wake up in the morning
I get this on every holiday, just stay up one day at all costs, and go to sleep at a normal time, like 9 pm. Ask someone like your mom or a friend to make sure your awake every hour or so.
Try not to play games/watch tv on your bed It makes your brain associated that the bed is supposed to be for whatever your doing, i do but i dont give a shit
Try your best to sleep, and tomorrow morning drink a lot, a really lot of espresso coffee or energy drinks. that will make you stay awake
Go for a jog right now, use as much energy as you can. Do pushups and run a lot. Then smoke weed when youve done that
And before going to bed, go to the toilet, have a nice exhausting wank. It'll make you extra tired.
Power through tommorow while downing coffee like lapsus suggested.
Do yer mom. Allways helps me :3
Do yer mom. Allways helps me :3
How should I bring it into a conversation?
"Hey Mom, I need to get my sleeping right and these kids on a forum discussion board said I should do you to get my sleeping back to normal."

Play some football. Use your energy.
You stay awake, go to school, come back from school and sleep at a normal time. I have to do it numerous times per week and works wonders.
When it's late at night and you are bouncing between the same three websites and nothing is happening, that will be a good time to go to bed.
You don't skip a day or you will fuck it up even more. Get an alarm and set it for 7:00am every morning like normal. I don't care if your fucking tired the next few days because you can't sleep. That is how you merge back into your own time or i guarantee you will go back to your old shitty days of staying up late like a bum. People say skip a day well fuck them. That's why they still stay up late assholes.
Sleep usually helps with sleeping problems.
Smoke some weed, eat, get tired, sleep.
Do the UBERMANN SLEEP SCHEDULE. 30 minutes, 6 times in 24 hours. You can be awake anytime, and always feel refreshed.
Pills.
Adderall or Concerta, stay up for days.

I have very limited control over my sleep though, if I'm not tired enough, I won't fall asleep, but if I'm too tired, I'll sleep too long.
