I don't think you're gonna start waving your arms around and screaming when you only have like 1 second of reaction time.
When me and my brothers were driving on an icy road during the dark in a big snow storm and we almost crashed into a truck head-on, we didn't start panicking, we just went really silent when our car started skidding towards the the truck. Pretty much the same reaction as these 2.
Yet another example of someone going way too fast on back roads with ice on them.

That wasn't a back road and I don't think there was any ice there, you're allowed to do 90 kmh on that and that's what it seemed like they were going at.
