I love Radiohead, Hate Jay-Z.

He really messed up 15 step though, becuase its in 5/4 while the rapping is in 4/4 so its all cut up and mixed about.

Yeah, the 15 step one sucks balls, you just can't mash up two songs with different timings and make it sound good unless you're a fucking master. I really like the I might be wrong and National anthem ones though, and usually I dislike rap.
