Right so i always managed to stay Thin (not tweedy) and im working on the washboard but i was wondering what is the best Cardio excersise to keep thin/lose weight. I do skipping rope. I was wondering if i should get my Dad's Rowing machine from my dad's garage?
To be honest, jogging beats all. Just jog for a stable 30 minutes 3 times a week, while working out 3 times a week.
Swimming, Find a local team or join the high school swim team. Also, You may want to "buy " p90x, i recommend their ab workout, its hard as fuck for 15 minutes, but i have a 6 pack after about 1 month, and its only every other day. Actually, if you want to get in shape, i just recommend doing it every day (skip Sunday) Ive always been weak and scrawny, but now i have biceps and pecs, and a 6 pack. Swim season will be great. (I am on my highschool team. )

I know its popping out im just workiing on shaping and shit I meant indoor stuff. Extra's because i have some spare time after classes are over so i like to just do a long work out so i can eat normal :D Food is awesome Anyway should i grab the rowing machine and stick it my flat?
I hate cardio. I'd personally suggest getting a gym membership and lifting heavy things. A guy with muscle definitely looks better than a stick thin guy.
Getting a sixpack isn't hard at all, it's easy as fucking fuck. The hard thing is getting rid of your fat.
Getting rid of your fat IS getting a six pack. I just do 200 core sit ups a day, 100 left side sit ups, and 100 right side. I can also do 100 push ups in a row every day, yet I don't have pecks :(
You need a proper diet to keep the weight off. Eating what you want sure sounds good, but how does it make you feel? As far as cardio goes, you'll need to find something you enjoy. You can swim, continue jump rope, jog, or whatever interests you. I'd personally recommend biking; stationary or outdoor is your decision. Some of you shouldn't be responding to these fitness questions – you have no idea what you're talking about. If you're a thin guy, routine cardio is more for heart maintenance than weight control. A good way to measure your fitness progress is to keep track of your heart rates after exercising and while resting. Your resting heart rate will decrease over time as your health and fitness improve.

You have to work the muscles around it for it to be defined and for you to notice them. And 100 pushups is okay, but not if its just the same type. Do some triangle push ups, decline push ups, dive bombers (google them ) and then do chair dips (drop down to ground from chair, lift up with arms.) If you dont know how to work out ( i dont mean you dont know how to bench etc) Like what muscles to work just try the p90x or google some good chest workouts. TBH i lost around 14 pounds in 2 weeks from p90x and i wasnt even fat.

I can't stand running, asthma tends to kick in, so I'd like some workouts i can just do in my room, and this sounds like the best option.
Everybody has the same abdominal muscles, though your exercise methods will shape them differently. As mentioned in my post above: you need a proper diet. High protein, moderate carbohydrates, less calories. To achieve real definition, males need a body fat percentage of 8% or lower - this is a fact. P90X and other exercise programs/routines are nothing without proper nutrition. You can calculate your BMI here: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
I'm trying to get back in shape so I go to a gym. I honestly think the treadmill is a great workout. I did 1.25 miles running on it on thursday this past week. I still feel the afterburn in my thighs and what not.
When I was a member of a gym, people could watch TV while doing cardio.. Personally it made it more bearable for me. If that sounds good, go look for a place that has that.

Does fapping count as cardio?

I worked out for a good three months three times a week doing cardio one day and full body muscles the other two and got no visible results. I progressed in weight considerably. I am much stronger now, but I look like a scrawny white kid. What have I done wrong?
To be honest, jogging beats all. Just jog for a stable 30 minutes 3 times a week, while working out 3 times a week.
Pretty much. You could do light parkour, too, I guess, if you're flexible.
Does fapping count as cardio?
It does increase the heart rate. Test increase of fapping frequency over a smaller time period, but also there is this concern of penile damage.
