At the end photo you may notice that Heavy & Demo are missing, I didn't make enough cupcakes for Demo and the Heavy one didn't look great. I don't have anything against those classes.

I wouldn't bother changing how you write just to please those few idiots who feel it necessary to have a go at you when you want to use a smiley face in your message. As long as it doesn't make your post hard to read I don't see why you shouldn't use them.

as already said the intro is too long, other than that I cant think of any complaints
