You wouldn't sit on your balls. No more than you'd sit on your balls in a normal situation - the balls generally sit ahead of you. If they don't, then you can sit very lightly a few inches in front of where you want to sit comfortably, then slide back so that the balls trail out in front of you before resting your full weight on the seat
