How the hell do you get off?
How the fuck do you think? Everybody walks off.
More like exploding.
I've been through this. The Tokyo Transit Authority actually get paid to cram you and your fellow passengers into the subway cars like sardines.
Good thing they're all skinny.
Time to make a new fucking subway line, jeez.
I would die in there from claustrophobia.
oh god lol
Not sure what's worse being near the doors or being in the middle of that.
This video is literally older than time itself.
Nonetheless, it's still fucking crazy.
They might as well remove the seats to make more room
Hitler really improved those cattle cars didn't he.
Man and I thought NYC subways were bad
Lol, they can't afford a few more train cars?
I remember it being quite crowded in the trains, but at least half, if not 80% of people tend to get off at certain stops.

How would they get off without everyone else getting off? they should just get more train cars.
I've never seen it that bad on my visits to Japan, sure it's packed as all hell, but I can't say I've ever seen people getting shoved in.
It just annoys me when you see trains like this with the side seating, as opposed to having rows of seats.
Sure you could probably fit a lot more people standing, but by god don't people want comfort when they have to travel long distances?
That looked a little dangerous, shoving them all in. Japan's population is rising though. I've been in a rush hour in the London underground once, someone's armpit was in my face.
Good excuse for humping someone hot.
