Nosy pretentious fuck driving me to genocidal intent

Okay, so firstly, this isn't like my previous teenage angst bullshit. This is actually a problem with my entire social group. So, a bit of background information:
Firstly, our subject is a "slightly" overweight, pretentious arrogant fuck who simply WILL NOT learn to A) Shut the fuck up; or B) Keep herself to herself. She takes what she learns, twists it to her own story, then decided to tell EVERYONE SHE FUCKING SEES about it, regardless if they're listening or not.
Yeah you all probably have one of these annoying fucks in your life, but the point is she's beyond annoying. She's pushing me to my limit, and a number of other people have already snapped at her but she refuses to listen.
One example of her dim-wittedness is this:
I'm good friends with this girl, as you do, 70% of FP probably has friends. Anyway, her boyfriend is told by groundbreaker that he should watch out for me, as I'm too close to her for his own good. Of course the response from both of us was a huge :wtc:, but this guy is as placid as a fish so he takes her advice into consideration and fucks up a friendship.
Any of you FP'ers got this kind of bollocks? And if so, how did you deal with it? I need to find some way to stop it before someone pulls a crowbar on her or something. :argh:
