Really good work. I would love it if they added an expanded inventory screen where you can see more at one time. Something more like Morrowind's inventory menu or something. But I'm sure they're trying to be as faithful as possible, so that probably won't happen.
Looks good but are they going to work on smoothing the animations? Would make it much nicer on the eyes when attacking.
Someone will make a mod I'm sure. Though i wonder how that'll work given daggerfall ties the animation speed directly into your speed stat
My dick is rock hard right now
I know daggerfall is free, but doesn't Bethesda still own the rights? If they're doing a 1:1 recreation I don't see it lasting long
I'm gonna get this running and play the hell out of it tonight, Daggerfall was one of the first RPGs I ever played. I place it on the same nostalgia tier as Diablo. The download for the game files isn't working for me, it downloads but as soon as it finishes it says it failed. Anybody else having this problem? I've been trying to get the vanilla version to work with it, but it looks like they made some modifications to the data to make it work with Unity. So I've just been playing via DosBox, still eager to try out the Unity version. Really, I want to figure out how this damn thing works, it could be a breakthrough in emulation software. I've never even thought of the possibility of using Unity to emulate and/or enhance older games. Think of the possibilities!
Had that issue at first too, it did work eventually after trying again and again.

I believe it was multiplayer, and had a teleport system, too. Also, I don't think this current version has combat, quests, or leveling yet.
I had a friend download an re-upload it for me and now I got it working. Very odd problem, but I am loving the gameplay. Feels like it went from Myst gameplay to Doom, and I do mean that as a compliment. [editline]5th April 2016[/editline] This is far from a functioning game, but I love the concept, I'm gonna have to follow this thing's development
is there an option to make the cities not randomly generated? I love the scale of Daggerfall, but the randomness makes it feel so weird.

I would wish I knew how to make this kind of graphics in Unity, I am terrible at modelling but good at spriting so I want to make a Doom clone. Cant wait to try this out sometime though.
