This show is probably one of the greatest anime shows ever.
Lelouch Lamperouge is the hero in this show, but sometimes he is the antagonist. Set in an alternate world, the King of Brittania has taken over Japan, Lelouch's homeland, and Lelouch wants to make the world a safer place for his wheelchair-bound, blind sister. Taking things into his own hands, he almost gets killed by the authorities when a mysterious figure known as C.C, pronounced C 2, saves him. She gives him a mysterious power known as the Geass, and this is where the story begins.

I don't think there is a correct pronunciation, the writers just threw letters together and decided that was the english name.
