I want to change one of my walls and put Black Foam on it, i hear it blocks sound better and improves acoustics in your room because the sound bounces of it, problem is i don't know what to buy it from, Amazon is sketchy on details and B&Q doesn't come up with anything, so does anyone know an online store that sells it? (I would go outside and buy it physically but i don't have ease of transportation and i don't really want to carry loads of Foam back home with me)
This is the wall i want to change.

Of course this is based in UK so UK Stores are preferred, if i need to i'll go for worldwide.

I've not taken measurements just yet but it's 2:25 AM and i just wanted to get this posted for the ease of updating.
I'm not sure what you're thinking of, all the acoustic type foams I know of absorb sound, which makes for terrible acoustics for music and such.
They also cost a metric fuckton.

Acoustic foam is usually to stop sound, insulate from it. and as such will not improve acoustics as sound will not bounce off of it (it's usually designed to prevent just that), however it will bounce off of hard surfaces.
so if you want to improve acoustics, AND isolate sound in your room (pr0n ftw?) you would have a layer of acoustic foam, underneath another surface.
That and foam is usually porous so if you don't want it to mold over you may want to move that humidifier.
