However, the claims are false and her campaign caused 'distress and embarrassment' for Essential Mix host Tong, the court heard.

The Sun reports Nelson was banned indefinitely from contacting Tong, 51, or his friends and family.

She was given a 12-month community order and 80 hours' community service by West London magistrates.
