[b]About The Show[/b]
The Powerpuff Girls is an upcoming American animated television series based on Craig McCracken's program of the same name, Cartoon Network’s revival of the popular franchise will bow with back-to-back episodes starting at 6 PM Monday, April 4. The Powerpuff Girls then will air each weeknight at 6 PM through April 15 as a lead-in to the show’s regular time slot on Thursdays at 6 PM beginning April 21.

[i]Blossom[/i], [i]Bubbles[/i], and [i]Buttercup[/i] are three girls with amazing superpowers that protect the city of Townsville from badguys like the evil monkey [i]Mojo Jojo[/i].
They were created by [i]Professor Utonium[/i], a scientist who wanted to create the perfect little girls but, after mixing the required ingredients (Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice), he added a dangerous chemical named "Chemical X" to the mix, resulting in the girls everyone loves.

This new reboot premiered in Austin on March 15, with the first episode "Man Up" being shown and also uploaded to Itunes, it's downloadable for free along with the extended intro

Yeah i thought the same thing, but then i remembered that there's a talking dog in the original show, so they are probably taking that as an inspiration (I also hope that dog will make a comeback)

Everything feels so off and inconsistent, instead of blending art styles together into one, it just looks like different parts of all the other CN animators mashed into a huge mess.

I dunno, "edgy" isn't really what I'd call the new intro. Maybe the music is trying to be, a little? I really don't dig the vocals but I mean the original had blood and teeth flying across the screen, more violence...

It looks to me like doodles from a teenage girl's composition notebook and I don't think it's any more "edgy" than that.

Looking really good, i like that while some episodes follow the classic structure of the show with,you know, the badguy that does something and the girls fight him, other episodes actually have a more "slice of life" feel to them
