black guy is aiming at the other guys targets, supposed to throw a grenade but the black guy runs out of ammo and can't cover him, takes forever to reload and then doesn't hit bolt release, other guy throws the grenade like 20 feet in front of them but its supposed to be 40 feet and to the right, black dude aint got no nades.

Be that as it may, having been through boot camp myself- albeit Marine Corps. boot camp- I can honestly say that stupid shit like this happens. Some people just go full retard in boot camp. And I've heard of people attempting suicide for less.
I understand how the Drill Sergeant feels when he makes his comment at the end.
