Recently when Russian president visited Ukraine, both presidents laid a wreath on a grave of an unknown soldier.
The wind was so strong and the huge wreath fell on the Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovich. He didn’t suffer though pictures of the incident are still entertaining dwellers of Ukraine …

I don't see how he failed. He seemed to carry out his duty in a respectful and proper manner. You people need to grow up.

It's called maintaining a parameter, they have people spread out to watch a certain point to protect their president.
Sometimes it looks pointless, but it is better to be safe then sorry .

He keeps an eye out of suspicious bushes. Unfortunately for him, one slipped through unoticed and attacked the president.
