I go to my friends house, I take everything out of my pocket and put it on the counter cuz it was a tiring day and wanted to lesson my load, and find my itouch missing later that day. My friend had other guests over later so I didnt care when i took everything out earlier, because the friend i visited is chill. I suspect only 1 person, but I didn't confront him. I go on my twitter and find an instagram link posted by me... I don't have instagram. I click it to find the guy shirtless. I find this enough evidence to call the cops. Retarded guy. Calling the cops in the morning when I can get his address from my friend. Anyways this is the fag: http://instagr.am/p/K6pHUiQtJY/
Be sure to post the story of after he gets caught
Its 2am right now, I told his friend I have proof he stole it and to hand it over or get the cops called on him (over text message) and I tried calling him, I guess he is asleep. Even if they don't find the itouch the police can still do something for the proof? idk. I think i might need to go a different route so he just doesn't tell the cops "I dont have it". Any clues/help?
If there is a self-taken photo of himself from your ipod, taken after you noticed it missing, then what more proof do you need? You may not have the phone in front of you to show them the photo, but if he inadvertently posted the picture he took from you ipod onto your twitter, it should be easy to determine where it was uploaded from. LG, Apple, they all have traceable data in their photos. Often enough, social networking sites will recognize it and tell the user in their post, "Uploaded with Android, LG Phone, Blackberry, etc" Does your twitter have any information like this for the post made?
should've just called the cops on him without warning would be funnier
should've just called the cops on him without warning would be funnier
I dont know his address, and I dont think my friend would of given it to me without reason.
Get a baseball bat. Confront.
Give him a chance. Ask for the iphone, without mentioning cops. Appeal to his pitiful and merciful side. Try to make him a better man. If he still refuses, shit goes down.

If it was a iPhone do you got FMI enabled? That shit saved my phone 2x already
I don't think the cops need you to tell them the address for them to find out
Like i said their is no exif data unless Instagram logs that info. The ultimate question is, will he be a dick and say he does not have it, and if I get the cops involved will they even search his house or just knock and say shit... and even then he could lie to the cops
Being an Instagram user alone is enough to justify being arrested / beaten.
Being an Instagram user alone is enough to justify being arrested / beaten.
nice. someone tell me a popular product to hate so I can get green ticks up my ass

Ahaha What a fool
He looks just like I'd expect him to look
nice. someone tell me a popular product to hate so I can get green ticks up my ass
I'm sorry, but if you use Instagram you lack any real talent. I can't tell you how many times I hear people say, "Oh I should go to school for photography." All they do is apply a pre-made filter and stupid ass text. I don't hate it because it's popular, I hate it because it's fucking stupid.

Call the cops on his ass as fast as possible. Just do it.

If it's true they don't have talent, the people WITH talent will surely shine above them on the scale of quality. I don't use it and don't want to, but I don't see the point in senselessly bashing it unless you have some sort of insecurity about your own capabilities.
I'd love to see that sum bitch rob somethin from us down here where I'm from (User was banned for this post ("Racism, shitpost" - Autumn))
The first kind of person I expect to see from this thread are white men.I really never ever imagined people of other races being involved in anything probably because of how my brain have been brainwashed by the amount of whites I see on television

Here is how it went down. I tell my friend I know who stole my iTouch. They asked who, and when I said she said that she had susspision that he stole other stuff too from their house, like her iTouch, and my other friends camera. So we call the cops, write a report, and we bullshit the value of the camera just so the value of everything reached about $750. Copper said thats enough to be prosecuted and have charges pressed. My friend told me that the officer said there is 2 things you can do, A) He can give the stuff back anonymously and not have charges pressed. Or B) He would give the stuff back with an officer there and he will have charges pressed. I told my friend, I dont give a fuck just get my iTouch back. She called 2 hours later saying "So here is what happened, i called him, sent him a text, and posted on his facebook. He called me back and I told him your a computer programmer, and you knew who stole it right when you got home said that he did not know it was yours, and that he bought it off his other friend with the glasses". First, I have photos of me on that iTouch, all over it. Second, I was connected to email, twitter, and alot of my accounts that have my name. I changed my passwords right away obv but still. So we caught him lieing red handed. Funny thing is, I was going to play the "IM A L33T HAXOR' card, and tell him I know he has it because I saw the latest actions on my phone, and grabbed the location, and my friend told me it was your house... exc exc. Anyways he said he would give it back, and I don't want to get t back from him personally or I will punch his teeth in. So my friend is getting it back.
hes not really helping this whole stereotype thing is he.

Get the big anti-mainstream/people at school that don't like me bandwagon dick stick out of your butt and calm your ass.
Get the big anti-mainstream/people at school that don't like me bandwagon dick stick out of your butt and calm your ass.
What.
What.
Tbh, you haven't posted any real argument that its stupid other than "some people who use it think they're so ~artsy~" True But it's also a popular, social program to share pictures, which is its main use
how did it get posted to your twitter if you don't have instagram? you have to put in your account name and password through instagram itself to share it. story is full of bullshit [editline]28th May 2012[/editline]
It's just a fucking social media thing for people to share pictures easily,
he's right about this part. the entire premise of the fucking app is to socially quickly share photos, the filters are just an extra feature the devs threw in. all the hipster kids and those alike flocked to it giving it a bad rep. personally, I use it but I don't use any of the filters, I just use it to quickly share photos.
yeah i'd like to hear the story aswell :D
