I saw this last night, and I've got to say, it's one of my new favorite movies! It's really well produced, and has a lot of intriguing details on the Son of Saddams' life. It's got a surprising amount of humor; it comes from Uday. Uday is basically insane and treated like a little boy, so he gets whatever the fuck he wants and his wants are pretty whacky at times. I mean he was a big drinker and cokehead, so that really adds to his insanity. But the movie also has a fair amount of violence. And not cheasy shootouts. I mean like seeing the bullets enter bodies, knives cutting people open, etc. One of the most graphic scenes is when [sp]Uday chops up his father's best friend for being a prick. You see his guts clearly flop out of him[/sp].
The most amazing part of this whole movie is that it is based on true life. Uday got to obviously kill people and get away with it, but he also got to drive around in his Porsche/Ferrari and literally pick up any schoolgirl he wanted to fuck off the street and have his way with them.
Now the slightly unfortunate thing about this great movie is that it is limited release. I had to go all the way down to Boston to see it. Granted, that wasn't bad at all, as I'm used to going down seeing my grandma, but still, it was going a bit out of my way to see a movie.
I saw the trailer when I went to see Horrible Bosses, hadn't heard about it before then. I'll probably go and see this, seems like it could be interesting.
That poster is terrible, though.

Personally, I love the poster, being all gold and all. Looks really cool to me.

The poster kind of put me off, but the trailer makes it seem pretty awesome.
