The National Religious Campaign Against Torture (NRCAT) sent letters to Palin and the NRA Wednesday calling Palin's words "unacceptable." "Ms. Palin's words are an unacceptable conflation of church and state that represents the worst of what is possible when political conflicts are expressed in theological terms," reads the letter sent to the NRA. "Further, the National Rifle Association has no business letting comments of speakers who condone torture go unchallenged. It is one thing to protect the 2nd Amendment. It is quite another to support torture. Waterboarding is torture." "If I was in charge," said Palin at the NRA Stand and Fight Rally, "they would know waterboarding is how we baptize terrorists." Palin's words have also garnered attention from the online activist group Faithful America, which posted a petition Wednesday declaring that "Sarah Palin doesn't speak for Christians."

"Perhaps hypocritical folks who only want Freedom of Speech to apply to those who agree with their liberal agenda might want to consider that the evil terrorists who were the brunt of my one-liner would be the first to strip away ALL our rights if given the chance. That’s why we do whatever we can to prevent them from killing innocent people. And for that, we should NEVER apologize."
Debating ABCs by Tea Party.
What a cunt.
I love that speech, both in the words being spoken and her tone of voice she looks and sound completely batshit insane. She talks like how a crazy person talks even ignoring what the crazy things she's actually saying.
I shudder to think of all the unfortunate people who are living in the alternate universe where McCain was elected, then mysteriously died and Palin became President.
what if bachmann or santorum
a thousand years of darkness
what if bachmann or santorum
the batshittiest frothiest timeline?
what if bachmann or santorum
Pretty sure Bachman is one of those people who is actively working to bring about the end times.
I'm in a Christian Group. I'm still not outraged.
what if bachmann or santorum
The Palin, Bachmann, or Santorum Administrations would make Bush look like a senile old man.
Welp. . .looks like it's time for Lisa Ann to do a sequel to Who's Nailin' Paylin, where the titular character "waterboards" terrorist characters by gushing into their faces.
I saw the video of it and was surprised when she, as an intensely religious public figure, compared the purifying act of baptism to torture. I guess it surprised all those liberal Christian groups as well :v:
