I didn't like the drums in the begging, The vocals sounded like they were recorded in a hallway, the rest seems fine, like the riffs and structure of the song
Six days and one reply? What the fuck. Anyways, pretty good. The riffs and such are fine but I'd have to agree with the vocals; they seem kind of out of place in the mix. There also seems to be a whole bunch of compression or limiting going on in the song, you might want to lighten up on it a bit, unless that heavily compressed sound is what you were going for. Sometimes less of it can make your song sound heavier though.
the vocals are mediocre at best and don't mix well with the instruments.
Oh my god what is this. mixing is p bad

Gotta tone that down a bit. And I think I had some chorus on too, gotta remove that completely.
Six days and one reply? What the fuck. Anyways, pretty good. The General Compressor that does all the instruments or the one for the vocals?
the vocals are mediocre at best and don't mix well with the instruments.
Eh, the clean vocals could use lots of work but I like the dirty ones. What could I do to mix them in better?
Oh my god what is this. mixing is p bad
Same question as above (What could I do to mix them in better?) And thanks for all the feedback guys!
The vocals are just way off key
drums are too loud, guitars are too low [editline]19th April 2011[/editline] i don't know if it's intentional, but it sounds like you're in a church singing with that massive amount of reverb. forgive me if i sound ignorant and only point out flaws but i don't like the song :v:
Yeah, okay vocals no bueno, and everything is so gainy and crunch. You REALLY ... REALLY need to start singing harder. I don't know if you've posted some of your album before and I said the same thing, or if that was someone else (terrible memory) but please. Please. Get comfortable singing harder, or even screaming, parts, because the intensity you're singing at is like a 4/10. You have a lot of potential, and the song writing is pretty good if you get past it. Just start belting. Also, I'd stop using the snare by itself so much for fills and syncing with the instruments, I think it's a little plain and it stands out in a weird way.

I swear it was the louder I could get at the moment when singing there.
Take all the compression off, please, for the love of god. It literally hurts to listen to the way you have it mixed.
Take all the compression off, please, for the love of god. It literally hurts to listen to the way you have it mixed.
How to mix it then? the sound will go all asjkfasbkjfaskfaks
How to mix it then?
With less compression. And re record the vocals.
With less compression. And re record the vocals.
I sat down and re-mastered another song from the album. It sounds cleaner but also too simple, like something's missing. I gotta work this shit out better I guess.
Small sample of a new mix of Destiny. Agree for Better, Disagree for worse! Also has new vocals! (just noticed a bit of the acoustic guitars get outta sync, I'll fix that, so don't tell me about that lol)
