Nope. The human element can't go missing from an aircraft, and it's pretty tough to replicate what its like to be in an aircraft when you're on the ground. I highly doubt we'll ever have unmanned fighter aircraft.

We are really working on making our military vehicles automated are we? Future warfare is probably going to be like something out of supreme commander where we just unleash tons of automated machines at our enemy.
