Apple accused of dragging feet over Samsung court order - three times a charm?

After months of legal wrangling, and a reprimand a fortnight ago by the three judges at the court of appeal, Apple added the acknowledgement to its site last week – but also incorporated code so that no matter how tall the browser page that the site was loaded in, the acknowledgement would always appear "below the fold".
Now, the acknowledgement can be seen directly, although it still needs a very tall browser page, of more than 1,000 pixels, which is found on very few devices.
Apple appealed Birss's ruling, but the company was turned down – and it was ordered to put the ruling on its site with a link on its home page. Apple originally asked for 14 days, but was given 48 hours – an amount the judges called "generous".

I like this judge very, very much. Even noticed (or understood at least) the code trickery to hide the link :D
XXownedXX
asked for 2 weeks, got 2 days, This judge is kicking
I like this judge, along with the one who ended the Oracle vs. Google ordeal.
We need more of them, instead of some persuaded easily by sweet words from sly lawyers.
He added a final warning: "I hope that the lack of integrity involved in this incident is entirely atypical of Apple."
The judge is REALLY pissed off, since that's basically court talk for "don't mess up again, or you'll DEFINITELY regret it"
They need to put it between the main ad and the top navigation bar.
I can't even find it. Could someone point it out to me on their site?

Apple in this particular case is like the sulking little kid who refuses to admit he's the one to blame and will do anything to make it seem otherwise or hide the fact that he is.
I like their products but god DAMN, they pull some shit.
I still have to scroll on my laptop to see it.
fix plzz...
Judge should make it a little more than a note at the bottom.
Hopefully Apple will never file a lawsuit in the UK again after this trainwreck of a backfire
I think they should put it on top of the navigation bar, but have the page refix itself to hide it.
It gives them what they want, and they have a huge chance of seeing it.

Email to the judges, pleaase.
Also it still doesnt say WHICH statement is inaccurate.
Next time they would probably rule that they write the exact words the court wants written in there.
Make them put it at the header of their website.
