You could wear a faraday cage around you, either that or insure the wireless security of the device.
Honestly though, even though this all is possible to do, there's a comparatively small amount of people who are willing to do it.

Don't think you'll find any crazy hacker.
If they're bad they do this stuff for their own profit, for money, not to directly harm others.
I think I remember being called paranoid when I said this exact thing was the case like a year ago or something.
