Well, today i was suspended for a stupid reason, well on my part stupid, cigarettes in my pocket. But its not the first time that it has happened. But i now found out that they are watching a friends house. Watching every single student that goes over there. And our school obviously has contacts with the police. But, They shouldn't be able to stakeout a house without getting a court order if i recall my basic human rights. And i tell you, today i was targeted. Again, I'm a big target in my school. So, is this completely illegal or am i just crazy? The school/police shouldn't be able to watch a house that has nothing to do with school work or anything. Please don't give me a hard time, I've had a hard time so far today.

If they're not inside the house they can look at them all they want

They can stake it out jut cant go in and do anything unless the person slips up, happens at my college all the time

I'm pretty sure the tobacco age there is 21, unless he lives somewhere else. So, suspension was a slap on the wrist. I hate when kids say "So I was suspended for *reason*. It's stupid" No, idiot.
