• Help me loose weight!

So ... Im 1.91 m tall (6.2 feet) my weight is 125 kg (275 pounds) and my BMI is at 32% .. Im a lazy person .. means im not into sports :/ so ... do you guys know what i can do to loose weight ? Or give me some tips ? I dont want to loose my weight fast .. well .. i wouldnt mind if i loose it fast ... I just dont wanna be fat anymore :/ My goal is around 90kg (198 pound) That would be 35 kg (77 pounds) over weight! Is that even possible to loose so much weight ? Thanks all

Thanks all[/QUOTE] Ride your bike to school or work or whatever, Im 1.91 to and weigh about 90 Kg, all I do is ride on my bike to school for 25 Minutes, and back 25 minutes.
Just cut your solid consumption by half, replace that with water. No more sodas, no junk food. Be aware of what you eat. Go take a jog and start getting active, do some crunches, do something for like 15-20 min a day.
How can you not know how to lose weight? Eat less, eat healthier and exercise. The difficult part is to keep doing it.
1.91 is 6'3" And 90kg is only just overweight for your height, your maths is not very good.

Don't buy some shitty excercise programs or powder which makes you 'lose weight'. You're not getting anywhere without excercise. The best way is the gym. Do a few hours per week. Also, carefully watch what you're eating. Don't make a list of how many calories you get or something. If you really have to eat a lot, try to spread the things across the day. Instead of eating 4 cookies in 5 minutes, eat 5 cookies in 2 hours. Don't stop eating and have a regular habit, meaning you shouldn't eat a lot on monday, just a very little on tuesday and wednesday, start eating on thursday etc. You will only gain more weight. Don't try to eat the same thing all week. Try to reduce junkfood to minimum. A little is fine, but eating pizza, hamburgers and drinking cola everyday is not helping you lose weight. Try to socialize more
It's not that hard: stop eating shit food, and work out regularly at a gym (or at home, but it's not as effective), three times a week preferably. That will get your metabolism working and you'll start losing weight surprisingly fast. The real killer is motivation. I've seen many people quit after a couple of weeks. You can also do running, but unless you get into sprinting which is what really shed kilos, don't expect much.
I can hit you in the face every time you pick up the fork. Try eating one big meal in the middle of the day, and 3-4 smaller meals later. Make sure you don't eat anything 4 hours before going to bed.
Starve youself. Eat only once a day, and only fruit.

Calculate your Basic Metabolic Rate, eat 500 calories below it. Exercise. If done correctly you'll lose approximately 1 kg in 2 weeks.
Push-ups in ur room if u have no access to a gym. Jogging, watching your diet. Just for starters.
More if you really do exercise.

You gain weight by lifting weights, which I assume that's what you mean by going to gym. Unless you mean running the thread mile which is useless since you can do it for free anywhere outside your door.

Lift weights and put on muscle mass, the more muscle you gain the more calories you burn with normal exercise. [editline]04:07PM[/editline] Also unless it's muscle, 200 lbs is still a lot for 6'2"
