Eventually the man took his shame to Empire Ink, hoping there was something — anything — that could be done to salvage the in memoriam.
And as it so happens, there was.
"Touched by his story, I gifted the entire project to him for free," Versago concludes. "Now he has closure and I have an amazing story to add to my portfolio!"
Wow, it looks much better.
It's still got some mistakes but at least it's not an abomination anymore.
(Irrelevant mistakes, I know it's hard to draw on skin.)
Well, better a coal miner than a demon...
She looks black now :v:

Better then looking deformed.
Could've chosen a better picture. I mean that smile looks like someone just stomped on her foot and she's trying to smile the pain away.
Thats awesome and incredibly nice of them.

Considering she died in a house fire 1 month after their wedding, the guy probably wanted to use a wedding photo.
That's actually a really good recovery, from deformed hell beast to a chick who has a thing for ivory teeth and wearing soot as makeup.
10/10 cover up.
i think it looks great, it almost looks like a chalk and charcoal portrait.
wait considering she died in a fire, thats kinda unfortunate.
did nobody in the tattoo place notice the irony of making her look like she's covered in soot?
I've never seen this infamous tattoo before, but that is quite a damn good cover up.
