Growing your own shrooms is really easy apparently, I think that you just basically mix the seeds with the soil, inject a solution and leave it for six weeks. Box me if I'm wrong.

The seeds are the solution.
You can buy syringes which have liquid in them thats loaded with mushroom spores.
I prefer making Ryeseed cakes for the mushrooms to take onto.
Have to be very careful to keep everything as sterile as possible though, mold can be fairly fatal.
