Former Trump aide Sam Nunberg said Monday that he has been subpoenaed to appear in front of a federal grand jury investigating Russia’s interference in the 2016 but that he will refuse to go. In an interview with The Washington Post, Nunberg said he was asked to come to Washington to appear before the grand jury on Friday. He also provided The Washington Post a copy of his two-page grand jury subpoena seeking documents related to President Trump and nine other people, including emails, correspondence, invoices, telephone logs, calendars and “records of any kind.”
Source
Good luck, bud.

:why: What is it with corrupt assholes being so stupid, I mean its helping drain the swamp so by all means keep it up if it helps Mueller's investigation.
Mueller has been fucking Merciless these past few days. He's even making the Doom guy look peaceful at this rate.
Kind of just making it easier for Mueller if he has to send the Feds after you and interview you in cuffs. [editline]5th March 2018[/editline] No more illusion of who's got all the power.
He's just :dig:

Post-interview: "Hah, they had nothing on me. What was I even worried about? I'm scott-free, baby." Post-subpoena: "... wait, what? (looking harder) Oh shit." My bet is there's an incoming 'lying to the FBI' charge about to be levied on someone real fast if they don't appear as requested.
Am I being detained? Am I free to go??

This guy is an Always Sunny meme edit waiting to happen. Taking bets on when the indictment comes out
What the fuck is going on
All I'm hearing in the audio is him saying that Mueller was insinuating that ROGER STONE was colluding with Assange. Where is the quote in the tweet coming from?
I'm hearing from multiple people (both on Twitter and various online forums/comment sections) that he said that during the live interview; perhaps the Twitter clip did not include that portion. (I have not watched the whole Twitter clip/audio yet.) EDIT:
(I have not watched the whole Twitter clip/audio yet.)
I finally watched it, and the interview seems to be cut off at the end - I'm guessing it was only meant to be a smaller portion of the whole interview. So, yeah, I assume that portion of the interview was not included on that Tweet.
Doesn't refusing to answer a subpoena lead to a bench warrant? He can appear in court as requested and answer their questions or be dragged in kicking and screaming. His choice.

The only quote I am hearing in the posted clip is him saying, "they're insinuating that Roger colluded with Assange."

I'll have to keep my eyes peeled if someone uploads the whole thing onto YouTube at some point.
Choosing to delay an investigation into a hostile nation's attack on your country because it's too much work and one of the suspects is your buddy. Truly, the acts of a patriot.
This week's episode(s) are looking good already.
