Okay so as none of you know, I am doing a Team Fortress 2 Christmas giveaway. I have an entry form, but for obvious reasons, I am not sharing the link with Facepunch. I would probably get spammed with fake entries. In this form it asks for your Steam username and any email, it even says "You do not have to use a valid email." This is for means of contacting the entries. I already have 16 people entered as of me posting this. I have a video of me giving away a hat and I also give hats and stuff to my friends all the time, so anyone that knows me knows I am not being malicious. But, apparently a steam moderator, I do not know which incompetent moron, without warning, permanently banned me from the forums. It has my fucking email on the form, you get there from my YouTube video, and I don't ask for any fucking passwords. I don't say, "TURN OFF STEAM GUARD SO I CAN CONTACT YOU." for Christ's sake. I have a fucking post about trading Terraria for keys for my giveaway. I even have a reply saying, "It's for a Christmas giveaway and I need keys." Without any proof or reasoning for banishment, I am banned. I hope whichever moronic moderator banned me reads this. Needless to say anyone have 4 keys and willing to trade for Terraria?

You attempted contacting them? Obviously in a calm manner, I'm sure things can be fixed if dealt with pacifically.
You're asking for their username, which is wrong.
So it's only a ban from the SPUF? Good you're much better off pretending they don't exist, but why not contact steam support if you have some odd wish to be unbanned.
Submit a support ticket and explain the situation

People who contacted EA for swearing got pretty much told off. They even banned this guy because he got [i]swored at[/i] on the forums.
Contacting support, they said he can't even play singleplayer games anymore. This guy I know too, got banned, asked in support, they literally had the fucking gut to tell him to go away, that they don't want his business.
Yes, Origin/EA fucking sucks. Steam is way better.
In my experience with steam support even if you are innocent they'll send you automated responses and dance around the subject until they close the ticket
so you're better off not bothering and moving on

A ban is a ban, but all of you seem to think that Steam is infallible, so EA is always worse.
