I was riding once, hit a pothole, and crashed horribly. Apart from some scratches, the bike was fine. The stranger was just a major ass.

I've already explained why it wouldn't be very practical for us to look for jobs at the moment. And It's not like I'm asking for £1200, I'm asking for £9. As I said I wasn't expecting much, but it was worth a try at least.

I've had my trial bike for 3 years and spent a lot money on it, and if I saw some angry asshole coming close to it I would run off, or at least didn't stand and "watched in shock". That's not what you do when they touch your baby. I don't completely believe in the story.

In a way I can't believe we just stood there either, but we've never had someone confront us like that before, let alone go for our bikes. I didn't exactly want to assault the guy because he was pretty big and had muscly cycling legs. It wasn't as if he walked over to it, picked it up and was like "yargh I'm gonna throw this shit" and then threw it, he just grabbed it and shoved it quickly. We weren't right next to the bikes either.
