Furthermore:
"At the same time the Swedish soldiers are recommended not to show themselves in uniform publicly, as it might be dangerous for them."
Umm, excuse me but what?
EDIT: Source from swedish site:

what armed forces?
Both of these sources have about less credibility than the daily mail, the first one specifically exists to slander Sweden; they say so themselves. Please find a better source.

But they are actually not allowed to be seen because it might scare the refugees is a "real reason".
Its how its going to be in Umeå.

in Gammlia in Umeå. Fairly small area compared to the rest of Umeå. Title would make it seem as if the Armed Forces are banned from showing their faces the entire day.

It's a ceremony that has been going on for many years, I still dont see the reason why they would ban it for the people living in Gammlia.

Thats where its all supposed to happen. If not the main part of Umeås stuff.

They'll still be around in Umeå, and the article clearly states that this year is the first year they approached and wanted to participate in the Gammlia-area. That specific ceremony hasn't been going on for years.
For people wondering the reason; the organisers of the celebration in the Gammlia area are worried that people who recently emigrated from warzones might get traumatised by seeing military hardware roll around, even if they swedish military mostly stands for peace...I can personally think its a bit weird but I'm just trying to defuse this sensationalist situation before a bunch of frothing retards screaming "SWEDEN YES" barges in.

Also, they're specifically saying they don't want military vehicles on the area, if I'm reading this correctly they'd still accept the army orchestra and other stuff.
-snip-
Read it wrong.
The reason for the statement, is that the Swedish government are worried someone might attack the army and cause a riot.
If you read the article (the Swedish one) you'd know that, that's false.
