Recently an Iraqi news report stated an A-10 did four strikes on ISIS during one battled caused them to flee because they couldn't shoot the damn thing down. What disturbs me is the crowd. I wonder who's in it: the men's friends, family, maybe even their lovers who were 'lucky' enough not to be found? Did they even choose to be there? Imagine seeing somebody who you probably knew getting violently splattered by the forces of gravity. At some point, these people are going to start turning, and the sad part is I think ISIS could probably kill every single person they currently control without a hint of remorse.

Sharia law is the stupidest fucking thing to claim. "They're working in accordance to Sharia Law", they're working in accordance to their version of Sharia Law. It's such a wide and hotly debated topic in the Islamic world that just saying that makes it out as if Sharia law is just some document that has "murder people!" printed on the front.

It's a shame that fanatics get a hold of power which leads to things like this happening.

The dumb part is that Shariah effectively forbids re-interpreting law and that causes societies to stagnate if they aren't secular.
