Notebook Stickers/Skins

Anyone know of a good place in Toronto to get that self-adhesive stuff that GelaSkins uses to make their Vinyl thingies for Macs/Notebooks? I don't know if it's something you can DIY with an inkjet printer, but I don't really feel like paying 30 bucks on something I might be able to do myself.

I wanna do something like this:

I made that using photoshop but I used an image from the movie as a reference.
