Live - Playing Ocarina of Time with an actual ocarina (twitch)

This guy who I watch is currently trying to play through Ocarina of Time using an ocarina. He's created this really complex control scheme by mapping the pitch/note length of the ocarina to buttons and combinations of buttons, and it works decently enough.
