Depressing how easily the wool is pulled over peoples eyes. Well actually I guess for a lot of them it isn't since popular support for arming opposition in Syria was something like ~20%. Obama just decided he was gonna do it.
You really think this is about democracy in Syria? That may be a minor point, an excuse of sorts, but it is a geopolitical power play of the American empire to try and weaken Iran and help their ally Israel.
Throwing away hundreds of thousands of lives for a global game of chess that America is determined to dominate.
Likewise the same can be said about Iran and Russia.
So much of this bloodshed could have been avoided but I guess hindsight is always 20/20.
The BBC's work has always been top tier. A shame there aren't many other organizations with their quality producing good documentary's like this. The only other thing I can think of that makes things like this is VICE but it's too often they devolve into random hipster drug addled ramblings. Then again BBC has been around since the beginning of this sort of stuff.
Also OP you're delusional if you think this has anything to do with America. America has yet to give the rebels any support whatsoever and even the plan to give them weapons has been delayed. Russia on the other hand has given them all the equipment they are now using to kill people with. There is no "American Empire" and calling it that puts you in same lot that people who cry "WAKE UP SHEEPLE" come from which you already sound close to. I'm pretty sure this has quite a bit with Assad's family being in control as dictators for a very long time and as soon as there were protests there were massacres. Obviously America is going to denounce a homicidal psychopath. The real loser here are the civilians now in the crossfire of extremist rebels and the near genocidal army.
Your attempt to turn this informative video into a platform for your political agenda does nothing but spit on the countless thousands now dead from a dictator who simply won't step down.
