What does it feel like to become a Louis Vuitton ambassador?
My clothes were nothing more than armor to stay alive; "dressing up" was a concept I've never had. Perhaps that makes me an unseemly choice as ambassador. But this experience has opened my eyes. Fashion isn't something you're taught or given, it comes from your own taste and your own choices. It displays the essence of who you are to the people around you.
It makes me feel excited, a feeling similar to when I venture to unknown lands. It is a thrill that I, who has faced my share of danger, have never experienced before. LV is a new adventure―a new fantasy―that I will enjoy from the bottom of my heart.
What are your upcoming projects?
I'm currently winding down after a long journey. My days are peaceful; it's what I've always dreamed of. I hope these days last a long time.
But I'm always looking to push myself, to better myself. Sometimes I get the urge to put my life on the line again and test my limits.
One day, not so far in the future, I will be out there again, in a world of strife. But I won't be the same person I was before. I will return to my origins, like a Mobius strip, but it'll be a new me, one who has evolved.
I look forward to the day we meet again.
As if this whole tie-in wasn't bizarre and cringeworthy enough already...
Why
why can't real people be used for this wtf
dear god
Okay now I think this Vuitton guy has just gone insane.
Still hoping for a FF13 x Jaden Smith cross over from Louis Vuitton.
They're going to have to try harder than that to make me cringe

Looks like a fun thing they wanted to do for laughs to me.
I've grown with increased concern that Toriyama really, truly believes Lightning is alive.
why can't real people be used for this wtf
Real women are disgusting, you need to accept that women are going to be obsolete once VR is affordable.
Well not even physical women are affordable amirite fellas?
Lightning is going to be the first waifu to transcend 2d space into the 3d world.
hopefully the first of many
This has gone too far Toriyama please put a stop to this before it gets out of hand. This is dangerous.
I just want to curl up into a ball of cringe
can someone explain this to me because i'm not sure i understand
Well, this is cringeworthy
This is making the news. You've all been tricked. This Louis guy is getting all the publicity he wants out of this and ya'll are making it so easy for him.

Louis Vuittons audience is not lightnings, which is why this is so weird, and Louis Vuitton is too expensive for most people here lol nor would I think most people here buy Louis Vuitton shit.
Louis Vuitton is world renowned famous and needs 0 advertising at this point.
Did I miss something? Is anime real now?
Okay now I think this Vuitton guy has just gone insane.
Well, Mr. Vuitton has been dead for well over a hundred years now, so I doubt he had much say in this cringefest.
Also, he literally made boxes his entire life. Good ones, at that. Revolutionized luggage forever. But he was never a fashion designer.
That's the beautiful thing about having a fictional character as a spokesperson. You can put whatever words you want in their mouths, no matter how odd it is associating them with your products. As long as you either don't offend whoever owns the rights/likeness of said character or you threw enough money at them to ignore such things.
At the post below: Strife means angry or bitter disagreement over fundamental issues, as well as conflict.
World of strife? Hinting at a lightning cameo in ff7 remake?
pls no

Seems like they may be trying to reach more into the Japanese market.
Why have they been pushing Lightning this hard for this long?
Nobody likes her
I've grown with increased concern that Toriyama really, truly believes Lightning is alive.
This is why waifus are a bad thing.
Also Lightning is a total slut if I'm being honest. His waifu a shit.

they could give cloud tits and give him the same treatment and it would go better ( he is borderline girly looking anyway )
A shame really, because the previous times Louis Vuitton ventured into otaku area for advertising they created these fairly nice animated shorts.

louis vuitton died in 1892
Exactly how much of an intersection between weebs who like a shit-tier waifus and people who like expensive, wacky future clothes do they think there is?
