That is really neat. What software did you use to combine the images?

The clip starting at 0:35 is truly amazing!
Did you do the "moving" through software or did you actually move the camera? Wondering because it looks really fluid which, atleast i wouldn't be able to do without a "railcart" thingy. Anyways it looks really great!

I used a cheap tripod for the shooting.
